Founded in 2009 by Dr. Metin Sitti, a Carnegie Mellon University professor, nanoGriptech (now Setex Technologies) has built its expertise through nearly a decade of academic research and multiple prestigious research awards. We are the first to mass-produce dry adhesive technology, delivering custom and off-the-shelf solutions from our Pittsburgh-based R&D facilities for a variety of applications across the adhesives, gripping materials, and fastener markets.
