Service Agreements with Third-Parties

If you have a fee-for-services agreement with an outside party under which you will be provided data or materials to analyze as a business service, the Business Contracts and Brand Protection office reviews, drafts, negotiates, and executes such business contracts for Berkeley on behalf of The Regents of the University of California. Requests to review or create such a business contract are submitted through the Business Contract Management System (BCMS) and must include a detailed scope of work. Faculty members and/or staff should contact their department business officer for authorization to begin the process.
