The UC Berkeley Industry Alliances Office is available to support you in designing your Industry Affiliate Program (IAP).
To get started, please make a copy of, or download, this IAP Proposal Form and answer the questions to the best of your ability. Email the completed document to iao@berkeley.edu to set up a consultation with Industry Alliances Office staff.
Based on your input in the IAP Proposal Form, IAO staff will work with you to design an IAP and to draft an IAP Membership Agreement.
