Startups in the UC Berkeley community can obtain legal assistance on intellectual property issues from Berkeley law students working under the supervision of practicing attorneys from leading Bay Area law firms. Deliverables to the startups will be law firm products, consistent with what would be produced by a patent attorney in preparation for drafting a patent application.
