Industry Sponsored Institute Master Sponsored Research Agreement

A key element of an Industry Sponsored Institute is that the industry sponsor funds research at Berkeley. The funding mechanism is through a Master Sponsored Research Agreement that is made part of the ISI Master Agreement.

The Master Sponsored Research Agreement is drafted and negotiated by staff within IPIRA’s Industry Alliances Office (IAO). When completed, the Master Sponsored Research Agreement becomes an attachment to the ISI Master Agreement drafted and negotiated by the IAO.
