Industry Sponsored Institute Facilities and Leasing

Key research facilities and potential leasing by industry sponsor. By separate instrument, the university may offer access to certain core facilities to external parties, including Institute sponsors, to provide advanced instrumentation, technologies, and materials, along with the technical leaders to manage them and provide expert service. On a case-by-case basis, the Master Agreement describes access to campus space under a lease (or otherwise). 

An institute might also consider establishing a recharge center: one or more core facilities that provide specific, ongoing services to the institute, campus, and/or a third party.
